FILE MANAGEMENT SUCKS.
Kepter remembers everything you save on your Mac, and finds it in seconds when you ask. No folders. No organizing. Ever.
REMEMBERED AUTOMATICALLY
Save anything into the folders Kepter watches. It notices, reads it, and remembers what's in it. Your files never move. You do nothing.
FIND ANYTHING
Ask in your own words. The wifi thing. That $420 estimate. The letter from March.
IS THIS YOU?
- YOUR DESKTOP IS 400 ICONS DEEP
- EVERY FILE IS NAMED FINAL‑FINAL‑2
- YOU SCREENSHOT EVERYTHING
- YOUR DOWNLOADS GO BACK TO 2019
- YOU EMAIL YOURSELF THINGS TO FIND LATER
- YOU'VE GIVEN UP, HONESTLY
THEN KEPTER IS FOR YOU.
ON YOUR MAC. ONLY YOUR MAC.
NO CLOUD. NO UPLOADS.
Kepter reads your files right where they sit and remembers them there. It all stays on your Mac. Nothing leaves.
Type what you're looking for.
Kepter finds it.
TRY IT ON A DEMO LIBRARY, IN YOUR OWN WORDS.
NOTHING YOU'VE SAVED SAYS THAT. TRY "THE PLUMBER THING".
Everything you've saved,
laid out to look at.
This is the app.
The menu bar
Kepter lives up there, quietly watching the folders you chose. No dock icon, no window in your way.
The drawer
Slides out over whatever you're doing. Your week, newest first. Search at the top, every action on a right-click.
The full window
Expand when you want room to spread out. Same everything, more space.
SAVE IT TWICE, SEE IT ONCE
NO DUPLICATE MESS
Kepter recognizes what it already has. Copies collapse into one tile, and you decide what stays. Nothing is ever deleted on its own.
SAY IT, FIND IT
VOICE MEMOS AND VIDEOS
Spoken words become searchable, right on your Mac. Find a recording by what was said in it.
Instead of making folders...
...just save it and walk away.
Hours you'll spend organizing, ever again.
YOU HAVEN'T ORGANIZED A PHOTO SINCE 2012. WHY ORGANIZE ANYTHING ELSE?
You stopped naming photos years ago, and you find them fine. Kepter does the same for everything else you save. It watches, it reads, it remembers. You never lift a finger.
YOUR FILES STAY YOURS
NO HOSTAGES
They never left your folders in the first place. Walk away any day and everything is exactly where it always was.
SEALED ON YOUR MAC
THE MEMORY IS ENCRYPTED
What Kepter remembers about your files lives in an encrypted index on your Mac. The key stays in your keychain.
NOTHING AUTO-DELETED
DELETE MEANS THE TRASH
Deleting in Kepter moves the real file to the macOS Trash, recoverable, like it should be. Kepter never deletes anything on its own.
EARLY ACCESS PRICING

Fair questions.
What does it run on?
Kepter is a Mac app. It needs macOS 15 or newer. The richest understanding, like knowing a PDF is "the power bill," needs Apple Intelligence on macOS 26. On earlier Macs, Kepter still reads and finds everything by its text.
Do I have to move my files?
No. Nothing moves, nothing is copied, nothing is uploaded. Kepter reads your files right where they are. Your folders stay exactly as they were.
Is my stuff private?
Yes, and here is the whole answer: your files never leave your Mac. The reading happens on your Mac, using Apple's built-in intelligence. What Kepter remembers is stored in an encrypted index on your Mac. There is no cloud copy, because there is no cloud.
Will it slow my Mac down?
Kepter works when you aren't. Reading happens while your Mac is idle and backs off the moment you touch anything. You can pause it any time from the menu bar.
What if I cancel?
You lose nothing. Your files were never anywhere but your Mac, and they stay right where they always were.
When can I get it?
It's available now. Download it free for Mac while we're testing. macOS 15 or later.
